    This 6-week training block will guide you through weekly progressive overload, to maximise muscle growth and recovery.

     

    Considerations before your program is built:

    > Number of days you will train each week

    > Your training experience

    > Injury history

     

    You'll have Mon - Fri email support from Steph for one week once you receive your program, where you can address concerns and ask any questions surrounding your training.
